By using TeeFinder you agree to these terms. If you don't, please stop using it.

What TeeFinder is

TeeFinder is an information service. It gathers tee times from public booking systems and shows them in one place. It is not a booking agent or a travel agent, and it is not part of any booking you make. It doesn't own any of the tee times it shows, and viewing or saving one doesn't reserve it.

TeeFinder is independent. It isn't run or endorsed by any club, booking platform or deal seller it shows, and their names and logos belong to them. Some booking links are partner links that may earn TeeFinder a small commission. You pay the same price either way.

Who you book with

When you book, your contract is with whoever sells that tee time: the club, the booking platform it uses, or the deal seller. Their terms, eligibility rules, prices and cancellation policies apply. Dress codes, green fees and pace of play are set by the club.

TeeFinder adds nothing to the price you see and never handles your money or your card.

Accuracy

Availability and prices can change at any moment, including between our last check and the moment you book on the booking site. TeeFinder shows when each tee time was last checked and hides anything too old to rely on, but it can't promise a tee time is still there or that the price you see is the price you'll pay.

Saved items, alerts and searches can be lost. Syncing keeps your signed-in devices in step, but it isn't a backup.

Accounts

You must be 18, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to create an account or use Friends. You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Friends, games and tournaments

Keep it decent. Don't put anything abusive, hateful, sexual, threatening or illegal in your name, a game's or tournament's name or description, a scorecard or a message, and don't use Friends to harass anyone. You can block or report anyone from inside a game or tournament. We look at every report within 24 hours and may remove content or close an account that breaks these rules.

Costs, settling up and tournament pots are a record kept between friends. TeeFinder doesn't move or hold money and can't make anyone pay.

Scores and handicaps

TeeFinder reads the scorecards you hand in and scores them for your games. Check a card before you approve it. Scores and handicaps in TeeFinder are for playing with friends; they aren't official records and aren't sent to GolfRSA or HNA.

Using it reasonably

• Use TeeFinder to find and book rounds of golf for yourself and the people you play with.
• Don't scrape, republish or resell what TeeFinder shows. The tee-time information belongs to the clubs and booking systems it comes from.
• Don't try to break, overload or get around TeeFinder or the clubs' systems.

Liability

TeeFinder is provided as it is, without warranty. As far as the law allows, TeeFinder isn't liable for any loss from using it, including a booking that couldn't be made, a price that differed on the booking site, information that was wrong, or a round that didn't happen. Nothing here limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, or any liability that can't lawfully be limited.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Using TeeFinder after that means you accept the new version.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
